MY h hasn't left the home yet, but he's getting his plans together to move in a basement down the street. I've done plan A and right now I'm a little bitter and I'm feeling like plan A is a set up. Actually I take that back, plan A is a good thing for me as an individual, It reinforces my need to take care of me. But as far as changing me and laying myself on the ground so my h can keep up with his selfish childish ways and take my kindness for weakness no way. I'm upset because, I've been here alot of the best 3 years I've spent over $100 buying books that I thought both me and my h could use and now he wants to leave. Thats fine. But what isn't fine is he thinks that leaving is going to give him free time and financial relief from our 2 boys 3 years and 5 mths old. Thanks for letting me vent

I've answered your other threads.
I don't know where you live, but go see an attorney immediately. You will need to file for Child Support (and possibly spousal support if you've been a SAHM). You can't get back money before the date you actually file.
Protect you and your children financially.
