hey all, been a few really busy days, so couldn't come in. Must say I read peachy's restrining order stuff first, and ended up laughing.

Oh well, ex cancelled my insurance. Divorce is not final yet, no judgements have been signed, yet judge did make us separate persons again in Jan. I got paper from insurance company last week saying they cancelled me Feb 1, 2003. I was told by my attorney, Victim of Crime Compensation, and the DA's office that it was illegal since papers weren't signed. SO... I called teh insurance co and found out his employer cancelled it. I called the office manager Monday and told her that she needed to get it reinstated as it was illegal to have cancelled in the first place, and secondly, I wasn't given the opportunity for COBRA, which is also illegal. I again called to follow up on it Friday and she said they were working on it. I told her to get proof of what ex says before they do somethign in the future.

ANYWAY... Last night ex calls from a cell phone I didn't recognize. When he started talking I hung up. He called back and talked into the answering machine. Basically told me to quit harrassing his employees, that the problem was between he and I and to talk to him (I have a legal no contact order, so I won't do that). That he was informing his staff to not talk to me in the future. He then said, "IT'S OVER...YOU LOST. YOU WERE A BAD WIFE AND NOW YOU ARE A BIGGER B***H AND YOU SHOULD QUIT BEING A LEECH AND GET ON WITH YOUR GOD-DAMNED LIFE." At that point I picked up the receiver and hung it up again ending the message. I saved the tape and I am going to try and get a full out restraining order this time.

I wrote the President of the Board of Directors of his company and explained what happened and that there are occasions where I will have to talk to someone from there, and it certainly is not going to be ex. How come I am still dealing with this crap after 2.5 years? I just found out that the police report on child abuse is still sitting in the police department, it never went anywhere else.

Any ideas if this tape will be enough to get a restraining order after all the rest of the stuff he has pulled over the years? I'm so tired of it all.

well, well, well.

Had a very busy day at work so didn't get in to file a restraining order, but I did get a phone call from the President of the Board of Directors and he said that yes, it seemed there was a serious problem and he would talk to ex and diffuse the issues before it came to a bigger battle.

Still no word from my attorney on any of the issues over the past month, much less about getting judgement fixed and signed. One of these days.
