Well not that this is a winner, but my exW took 10K of marrital funds, traded in her family style vehicle for a Convertible... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />

Of course in most states they now have license plates with little pictures.... so two weeks later I noticed the plates on the car now said:

(picture of a Heart) ME CAR - translated Love ME CAR

My love was replaced by love of her new play toy that she would go to bars and pick up men in....

GSN,

we split our taxable savings and 1/3 of my X's portion bought a brand new Eddie Bauer, limited edition Expedition to drive around town, Retail $40,000

While together, 2 years earlier, when she was complaining that her fully loaded Grand Voyager, 60k miles, was a piece of crap because the door locks didn't work right occassionally, I suggested to lets go looking for new car for her, how about looking at some suburbans? Retail $30,000

She told me that "the only reason that you, wiftty, want a suburban is to keep up with your rich friends!"

I had no response because i had no idea where that came from other than i have looked at suburbans about 10 years before that. . . i thought they were cool looking when they starting coming out with their new designs. . . but at that time, we couldn't even afford one. . .

btw, the last time i bought a new commuter car for myself was in 1982, when i was single. always bought used cars, and always dumped them with over 140,000 miles or so, or 10 years old, which ever came second. We always bought new cars for the family.

X's best friend's license plate on her suburban?
QUEEN B

you decide what the B stands for.

Hey Gang,

I only lurk now and couldn't pass this one up. I have on my "Divorce Present" a 2000 arrest me red Trans Am the plate "XWS LOSS"

I was the BS in the M and can only smile when the folks behind me figure out what the plate means and start laughing.

I don't want to be mean but I do believe that Val did lose out on this deal and I made out meeting Gina.

Wishing us all the Best, Yes I'm still here.

I got everybody beat on this one:

My stbxh got this right at the beginning of his affair with Ms. Monkeyho: on the back of a hummer no less,

2diefor...

I kid you not. And the 2diefor sightings in Atlanta continued up until he had the hummer (which was in my name and his co's name repo'd last month). Friends would see 2diefor cruising the late night hot spots in buckhead. At concerts, etc.

Felt more like u.f.o. sightings, personally. I have never had a vanity tag and personally after that experience, see itjust as a waste of more dinero.

How about these three for the plate my XW wanted to put on the back of MY minivan she got free and clear in the divorce:

9Y4THIS : 9 years for this
MRGSVAN : My initials + van
MNPPLSK : Mean People Suck

The one she chose was MNPPLSK.

The MRGSVAN was the OM's idea who used to be my best friend. Nice guy, huh?
