Too move on from the pain that your ex caused you?

I don't think it's possible to completely move on from the pain we've experienced from our exes. After all, we also need to remember it, so that we can use it to our advantage, and learn from it. Even if all we've learned is what NOT to put up with. That's pretty good... because now we have boundaries.

Of course, I'm still going through the pain. But I also think it will work like grieving the death of a loved one. We'll have some bad days, and then some good days. Eventually, the good days far outnumber the bad.

What's helping me to work through the pain, is being on anti depressant medication again, and the biggie, NO CONTACT with my stbxH.
