H refused to compromise on the custody, so we were forced to do a court ordered custody evaluation. The results came out 4 weeks ago and he's ignored them. The recommendation was that he would get 5 days of 14, and I'd get 9 days. The psych said there was no evidence that H could take care of the children on his own (currently parents are enabling.)

In mediation, I offered him 6 days every two weeks. Now, he's planning to fight the independent custody recommendations. Has this happened to anyone? What were the results? I really don't trust my children with him alone. (Yes, there are good fathers out there - but my H isn't one of them).
I want to know what people have done in this case. Thanks for your responses.

I've heard those evals carry alot of weight in courts. (I really don't know, I was looking for a poster who posts under divorcing, and saw yours)

I still need advice from anyone regarding contesting the court ordered custody recommendation.
Please, anyone?
