Hi,

Peach has asked me to send a message to MB. Right now she is working with law enforcement to have orders of restraint placed against the one who is scaring her family. I post this in a 3rd party form to prevent anything from here to be used against her.

There was a break-in her home today and it was someone she knows all too well. When I spoke with her, she was on her way to meet with the officers. She is not doing well and is quite scared of his next moves.

While there doesn't appear to be anything stolen, her computer was turned on and a man was seen leaving the scene.

She and her family will be staying with friends until she can safely return home.

I don't know much more at this time but will keep in contact with her. Our family has agreed to be available 24/7 but we are far away. So she has asked if you all could please keep her and her family in your hearts and prayers.

Right now she has what appear to be insurmountable obstacles before her but with the right support, she can and will overcome them.

Mahalo,
L.

Praying for Peach's safety. Don't know much about Peach but I know that everyone deserves to be safe and secure in their own home. We ALL have to have someplace to go to unwind and recharge.

Praying for Peach to find peace in his/her own home again.

wtg Peach! I know you don't see these recent events as good things... but J is DESPERATE. My WW stole stuff from my apartment and one night had the police ready to break into my apartment under the pretext of my epilepsy.

It was shortly after these things that she finally quit prolonging the inevitable and really began working for a dv settlement. I think her own extreme behavior kind of jarred her from the fog long enough to realize there was no way in hell I'd get back with her.

For Pete's sake.....what more can this poor woman and her child endure? I am extremely saddened by these turn of events which I tend to consider suspicious. If my gut-feelings are in tune, then I am mortified by the actions of the person responsible for this intense violation.

Orchid, thank you for the post and thank you very, very much for being a supportive shoulder for our "Peach." She and her son are in my prayers.

I'm thinking of you Peachy.

I'm so sorry that you have to endure this violation (another one). I would imagine that this event will help you in you getting the RO. THAT will help you out as far as the custody issues go, I'm sure.

And as sorry as I am to know you're being put through more pain, I'm enjoying the fact that Jethro is continuing to dig his own grave, as it is so likely that he has something to do with this break in.

And Orchid: you're a great friend to do this.

Peachy,

I know you are scared to death--trust me, I've been there. I had to file two RO's on my stbxH and each time it was so scary to think, "What are my kids and I involved in??".

You're shaking, you feeling sick, you're angry, you're afraid, and somehow you also feel a little bit bad that you have to tell the police. Rest assured, you are doing the right thing. Let me say that again: YOU ARE DOING THE RIGHT THING. It may feel scary, but let your logical mind be in charge here, not your feelings. You are doing the right thing. Protecting yourself and your precious son MUST be your first, highest priority. It MUST be.

I think staying with some friends for a little while is a fine idea. There will be some additional eyes to protect you for a few days...you will have the love and support of good friends...and you and your son will be safe. If there were to be another break-in, the only thing the intruder would be able to "get" or "find" is POSSESSIONS, and you can replace possessions. You and your son will be safe and secure, and that's what counts.

Meanwhile, Peachy, you'll be in my prayers that God would hold you and your son safe from ALL harm--physical and emotional. I hope the intruder is quickly caught and brought to not-so-merciful justice.

I am so blessed to have Orchid and her family as friends btw...

Also am very blessed to have friends here and thank you.

I had my neighbors up all night and I stayed here. the police believe he won't come back and today there will probably be a huge turn in events legally and hopefully.

Let you guys know when I can ok?

Peachy,
Sorry you have more JUNK to contend with, but I'm glad you are strong enough to realize that you need assistance through legal means. You remain on my prayer list.

May God Bless Peachy & Her family!

Peachy, I also believe that this event will be a good thing, it will show the courts his disrespect.
I didn't get an RO when I had the chance, the police talked me out of it. But last year, I was on a first name basis with all 6 of our local police. And I benefitted from this. I felt safer in my own home.
I also learned I could put my house on "house watch" while I was away, and the police would check on the home periodically.
Knowing the police also helped me to get the truth when FIL was arrested for soliciting prostitution and denied it. What a family.

If God brings you to it, he will bring you through it. And also bring you people to help and support you.
Pray often!
