Just dropping a Sunday Afternoon update.
Things havn't calmed much here in my story.
After the Finance Meeting at Court that turned into a Custody Battle the xW has told the children to their faces that she will not be contesting my Custody Application. I will believe it when I have the Residency Order from the judge in my hand.
Have had one daughter (the one put through hell with OM4) really ill this week, took time off to care for her but couldn't really get to the bottom of what was wrong. After the third visit to the Doc he diagnosed her as having Stress and Depression that was coming out physically (as very painful stomach cramp) and suggested a course of Muscle Relaxants and back to Childrens Therapy <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" />
The Relaxants did a good job, with two days she was much better after being rough for 7. Sadly this is right before her school exams. She should be worrying about those not Custody.
Where was xW in all this? On Holiday in Cyprus with OM5. Been gone 6 days, called the kids once. Was certainly not interested when I told her the Daughter has Stress and Depression.
Am finding my life incredibly tiring and hard keeping going, I don't get much support and of course now that the Children don't like going to xW I am finding my weekends that were supposed to be a little clear taken up again.
I have no idea when the Custody Court date will be and the finances have been put back til October, almost certainly delaying closure of this whole process now until 2004 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="images/icons/mad.gif" />
