Hi, Starroza.
I think if you are in danger and certainly your children, you are wise not to take him back. Bipolar disorder is difficult to deal with. I have only had a few encounters with people with bipolar disorder so am not very knowledgeable about it.
would H consider joining you for counselling for some sessions? It sounds like you should also consult a mental health clinic for some advice. Is H on meds for this? You don't have to answer me. Just some questions to ask yourself.
I am so sorry this is happening to you.
As a WS, though, I'd like to encourage you to forget about "Another" right now. sounds like your life is complicated enough presently. Yes, you need support but you don't need someone who could hurt you possibly. Also if you are fighting an x for your kids, it likely won't help your position. I hope it doesn't sound judgemental...just my ideas for simplifying your life somewhat if that is possible.
I certainly don't claim to have the answers and I know others will arrive to give their opinions. Just know that if I can be a listening "e"-ear ( [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]) I want to be here for you. I hope someone familiar with bipolar disorder will visit your post to help you out.
Wishing the best for you.
------------------
Fresh Start
