Well, Dippy decided that he wasn't going to pay child support. It isn't going to be good; the company he works for was given a wage assignment last month and ex decided that he would just write his own checks. Well, he didn't write the last one, lied to his boss, and on Monday, all sorts of stuff is going to fly. His company is now the one who is liable, and after the discussion with the President of the Board, you would have thought ex would have decided he shouldn't jeopardize his job.

Well, his motto has always been, "it's easier to beg for forgiveness than ask for permission". Sure hope the County decides his golden kneepads are just a bit too worn out and actually do something this time.

I'll update on what my attorney has to say when I see her on Monday. She has been incommunicado since the last trial in January.

Anyway... life moves on and things are going pretty well overall everywhere else. Hard to believe it is already JUNE tomorrow, where has the year gone?

TR,

Good to see you! CS is set up with the County, and they aren't real happy with Dippy. They are reviewing the case on June 11 for modification (yes, in my favor), too. He was just across the street on his new Harley... thinks it is so cool to rev it so that we know he's there. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

What is it with harleys? That's a biggie trigger of mine (monkeyho has one and rode around w/Jethro on it)

Dippy and Jethro. Maybe they can become prison pen pals.

Am gonna pray for help for you guys. Glad other than that all is ok.

It is interesting...Both have monies. Both are in controlling positions at their jobs. And both think that child support and spousal support are "optional" or are something that they should "decide to pay what they want to pay".

This is wierd. But interesting to compare.
