I didn't even realize that my 12th anniversary would have been on June 8th, until just a few minutes ago. I don't know whether it is a good thing that I didn't even think about it, or not. It is the first since we split up, and I actually would have thought that I would have been very hurt over it. Truthfully, I didn't even realize it until 3 days later.

Formerly Confused - Good for you - I mean that is a good sign that you didn't realize it was your anniversary - you have let go and you are not letting your past marriage rule your life - I would be excited that I forgot... Not sad that it was no longer a marriage...Every little piece of letting go is one step closer to being a happy person again...
