In Bible class this morning, my 10yo son asked his class to pray for his stepmother because, "she's having her reproductive parts removed."
I would not have believed it if I hadn't heard it from the teacher.

Did you sort of have some sort of relief after you quit snickering? I know when I heard ex wanted a vasectomy I was of mixed feelings. First, he had just left, so I knew he was screwing around, but then I realized that he wouldn't ever reproduce again and that was a wonderful thing for the world (not to mention any child)!

I wonder which child went homa and related the incident and asked what 'reproductive parts' are. This was a class of 2nd and 3rd graders.

I like the 2nd wife - a lot more than I like my x.
I told her the story. She thought it was hysterical. She laughed as hard as she could under the circumstances. The surgery was Tuesday.
