It is usually an emotional afffair, accompanied by masturbation. It may also just be concurrent masturbation by two people separated but wire-linked. It is not any kind of actual physical meeting, but that can follow. Any way you look at it, this stuff is poison to a marriage.

I agree CommittedH. It has not been that long since I checked my H's cell phone messages and discovered a message from a woman that he met on the internet. They have been calling each other and e-mailing back and forth at his work e-mail address. They have not met, she lives two states away, but it hurts just as bad. Not good on the "trust" factor. We are still together and trying to work it out but I still think about it every day.....
