I just talked to Peachy. She has not been online lately because her hard drive was taken by Jethros attorney. She went through her deposition on Tuesday and Jethro will be deposed Friday. She could really use your prayers and support right now.

Peach, you and your son are in my thoughts and prayers. I can't imagine what you must be feeling like, I truly can't. I wish I could wisk you away from all of this!

I didn't think one could take a hard drive for a divorce deposition. They should have accepted print outs for any financial programs, other than that IT IS INVASION OF PRIVACY! Even my ex's slime ball attorney couldn't get my hard drive, and believe me he would have if he could have. What a crock and her attorney's should never have allowed it!

I always keep good thoughts and prayers for Peachy; I think this will all turn around in her favor one of these days. Jethro is an absolute jerk.

John, I have been following Peachy. My concern is that Jethro PLANTED something on her hard drive when he broke in--possibly child pornography or something that she could go to jail for...thus allowing Jethro to get custody. Will you mention this concern to her when you next talk to her please. Also I cannot believe her attorney allowed this. I have not been impressed with her attorney's as of yet anyway. What reason did her H's attorney give for wanting the hard drive? Also couldn't it be tampered with AFTER the other side got it?

I cannot fathom peachy doing any thing to bring harm to her son.

on the other hand If Jethro had things on there..and blames them on peachy..like pictures and such.

there are too many people who would vouch for her character on the message board..heck they have this all archived anyway..even his posts that he did someplace.

He may have got it to take something he needs or erase if he gets to touch it, it would be simple.

I was thinking the same thing as carolkh, when Jethro did the break-in. Now I regret not mentioning it sooner.

I wonder if Jethro put a monitoring program on her program, or if he planted something incriminating on it? I hope he did neither.

Peachy was under so much stress already I didn't want to add to it with something so "farfetched". I forgot this is Jethro she's dealing with. I regret not saying anything.

Peachy did have those thoughts. When he broke in, she had proof that he logged onto her computer, so I'm certain she has addressed the possibility that J "planted" something on her computer with her lawyer.

For anyone who talks to her directly, please let her know that she is in our thoughts & prayers.
