I'm filing for divorce next week WW has no clue yet. I was the one who would do everything to save the marriage. But love bank is depleted after only a 3 weeks of Plan B. Latest affair (4 too many) has been going on since December 02 and I see no sign WW wants to end it.

So question is how do I tell her? I can't have the divorce papers sent to her because I don't know her address. My options are:

1. Have the papers sent here at home and put them in her office where she will get them.

2. Leave her a voice message.

3. Leave her an email.

I don't want her served by some sherrif and I don't want to tell her face to face. She never had the consideration to tell me about any of her affairs.

If you are sure this is what you want....no chance of saving....looks like from her track record....a history that doesnt look like it is going to change.....have the papers served to her at your home.....

Short of her getting hit by a lightning bolt and changing her character, there is no chance of saving marriage.

have the papers served to her at your home.....

How can I do this? She does not live at home and is never here.

Hi There,
Guess I misunderstood....you said that she has an office at home.....that made me think that she comes to her office on occassion.....and she would get them then.....

in that case, I would just call her and tell her you are giving her what she has obvisously wanted for quite sometime....her freedom........someone has to know where she is so you can have her served.....a relative or friend who will tell you so you can have her served by the sheriff or whomever.....

At this point, I wouldn't worry to much about how she finds out/gets notice......

If you do not have an address where she is living or working, then a legal announcement is placed in the local paper or her last known address. This is done by the courts. You are not required to tell her you have done anything.
