My business has almost closed , have been looking for work , putting aplications in for the last 4 months. No one is hireing. Im behind on my morgage and was served papers today for not making my child support payments. I have let my morgage go late just to make sure she gets money for our son, seems she would be more understanding. Guess not. Looks like I might have to go bankrupt and just loose everything and start over.
But to top it off she has not paid anything that she was ordered to pay in the divorce and it has been 10 months, not one penny have I seen from her. What can I do?

I'm sorry for what you're going through. Have you talked to her about your financial situation? Maybe she will be understanding. Does your lawyer know that she hasn't paid what she was supposed to? Maybe you could contact your mortgage company and explain to them what is happening. They may be able to give you some extra time to catch up. I'll be praying for you, wish I could have been of more help.

Looks like you're paying her $$ as ordered yet she can't pay you as ordered? What's wrong with this picture? 10 months ago? You should have been back in court 9 months ago! It's not too late if you get moving - you have yourself to protect here. It's apparent your ex probably is going to string out HER payments as long as possible while trying to nail you to the wall right away for 'back CS' - a real hypocrite if ever I saw one. You need to protect yourself now.
