This past week at the MC's office, the W said that she had no feelings for me, she didn't love me and hadn't loved me for a long time. With an attitude like that, am I just wasting my time trying to rebuild this marriage with the aid of a MC? Is there really any hope left?

My husband said that in the counsellors office too. He was involved in an affair, but hadn't yet confessed it.
You need to give a few more details ..... What are circumstances behind your current problems? If it is an affair, then her words are entirely NORMAL for someone who is in the midst of the fog.
As for whether or not there is hope - that depends on you.

Understand that an affair is a real possibility. Do not pressure her to do anything, however, treat her well.
