I have been thinking about perceptions lately. It's weird, and funny in a way, how you notice things are a certain way depending on how you are. My wife and I are going through rough times and any time I'm watching TV all the shows I see as I channel serf show couples with problems it seems like. I never noticed this before. Is it that I'm more keenly aware of it because it is closer to home, or is there just a rash of this stuff right now? Have you noticed similar things? Just curious.

Every time I turn around I here of someone else that I know that is touched by someone that has had an affair! I had to stop listening to the radio after I found out about my H's infidelity. Almost every song on the radio was about someone cheating or leaving someone else. I couldn't drive down the road without crying.
I was thinking that it is just my age. That mid life crisis is the problem. Several people I know having problems are 40-something.
My pastor told me that 2 weeks after we came to him with our cyber problem, 3 other couples in our church came to him as well. I don't know, I just think people have lost all of their good sense. Who knows?
NM
