After months of hope and praying (which I still do) I have come to the point where I have realized I have got to start looking at mine and my childrens future and stop being so concerned about trying to repair the marriage that is slipping away. It is clear (at least for the time being) that she has no intentions of thinking about "us" anymore. I would have probably reached this point sooner but 20 years is a long time to throw away. I cannot concern myself with her and live my life revolving around this broken relationship. It's time to move on! I am not going to say I won't think about it from time to time but I have realized this is what she wants not me and I have'nt a choice so I will play the hand I was dealt. I am so greatful God has blessed me with such wonderful friends . They and ya'll are always right there to pick us back up and dust us off. So what's next ya'll? I am trying to get involved in some hobbies but everything now a days cost so much $. Any suggestions? Thoughts?

Low cost hobbies. Without knowing your family, I"ll throw some out.

Library for free video & DVD rentals, some free movie nights & lectures
Local paper for local free concerts, volunteer opportunities, crafts
Nature walks, gathering items, or walk the dog
Family game night
Riding bikes together
Picnic in the park
Boy/Girl Scouts

Hobbies:
Finally getting all those pictures into photo albums.
Writing real letters to friends & family, particularly elderly ones
Hospital volunteer

Someone else can add a few.

WORKING OUT!

I highly recommend it. It's great for the body and mind. It helps reduce stress and makes you feel great. Plus, you'll look great too!!
