Lyxa,
I know from past posts that you are in MD, and so are familiar with doing a divorce under MD laws. I'm now in that process, and until recently, my WS was being pretty agreeable on stuff, but that seems to be changing. I have a lawyer, but it would be helpful to have someone with recent experience to bounce things off of - to see if there are things I should be asking my lawyer or making sure I take care of that I haven't thought of. Especially if that someone is here at MB - it gets really hard at times to find a good balance between not getting taken advantage of and "going to the dark side," so to speak.
