I am a non-US person married to an US-citizen. I don't know where to start to get my divorce by default as I can't locate her. We have no children or property issues, and I haven't seen her for over a year now. Who can advise? Where I could get help? Thank you.

I think it may depend on whether you were married here or in your country. If you were married here, I would call a lawyer in the state and county in which you were married. In my state (Pennsylvania), a divorce will be automatically granted after a two year separation. I take it for granted that your own country can’t help you?
