I woke up at 1:00 am to shut off the radio was a talk show on..was going to talk about co-incidences..lol

so they went to break first and then came back..and was playing EarthAngel as I was just sitting up to shut it off..

Well i am EarthAngel..this is strange..they don't play music, they are a talk show..

Steve use to tell me if he could (this was when he thought he was in love with me..before he convinced himself I was out to get him)
well he said he will let me know.. he will come back..of course as christians..I KNOW he cannot come back..

but he use to sing earthangel to me lots..to tease me..with..and make me laugh..

ok..so was it a co-incidence..or did he convince God to do something special to let me know, whaever, I am special I sure felt special..I stopped and listend to every word with tears in my eyes...and smile on my face..and the pain eased alot..

on the anniv of his death..I woke up in the middle of the night to his face right next to mine..I said "NO YOUR DEAD" I could smell him and I beleive if I reached out I would of touched him..it was only his face..head...I backed away..
and he left..

then I put in a lightbulb new one that night because as I walked in the room.one blew..flickerd and popped..

then other one was in for only maybe five minutes I laid down and pop it went..
came in to puter this light went too..
I finally went back into the bedroom to go to sleep replacing THAT bulb again..and poof..
so I climbed into bed..and said...
"STEVE KNOCK IT OFF that;s enough"
this was on the anniv of his death..these were all new bulbs..I put in..explanation anyone??

I had been seeing black things and him alot since the anniv of his death..it would be the night the lights would poof..out..and I didn't get up to change them I would wake up screaming..

it is why I took myself of the paxil..now nothing has been happening..grin..

but strange things were happening..I sure didn't want to tell my doctor about..but will he is a friend..and a christian who I am going to see..so I feel safe he won't think I am crazy..lol he understands..the light and the darkness..spiritual and he has discernment..but
I would really rather see angels.then dead people..

has anyone had any experiences like that at night
or black shrouded things showing up when your sleeping or night mares..? I fell off the bed one night..lol never done that before..trying to get back in a car in my dream that went off a cliff..
and someone was helping me..and the side of the car..I grabbed hold of was my nightstand..lol and I woke up as i was pulling it over..my dog woke me up..barking.cause the light was ready to topel.

anyways..sometimes I think I need prozac..lol

sometimes i feel like a nut, sometimes I don't
talked to a couple ministers who said it is stress..and satan using it at a weak moment..so
I leave a light on at night to keep the BOOGEY MEN AWAY..lol..it works..but I still have weird dreams..sometimes FUNNY dreams..hystericlly funny..

I was widowed when I was 18, it was my first M, he committed suicide. Later that night he came to me at my mom's house (where I went after the emts and police left.) I still believe that I was wake when I saw him come into the room I was in, he sat beide me on the bed and said he wanted me to know he loved me. Then he started to walk up and away, so I grabbed his foot. I am telling it felt so real!

After I remarried I dreamed of him whem I was pregnant with my 2nd H's 2nd child our first was a tiny girl, still born). I was in some kind of wierd round revoling room and there were lots of doors all along the walls. 1st H comes to me and I knew I was to follow him , he took me through one of the doors and there was a bathtub in the tub was a baby girl, but she was big. Sadly she was also not alive. Soon after that I had my son who was twice as big as my first child and very much alive and healthy. I still get goose bump when I think about those things.

Hi SE! Yes, things like that do happen - whether someone has passed away or not. I too, was on Paxil after my DV - and of course, I had some real mind-blowing 'mystical' experiences, although, I have been having them for many years now - at least 8 years I can recall now. I no longer do the anti-depressants though. My experiences have faded and I don't have nearly the number of experiences I once had though. Still, I believe I have always had some sort of 'awareness' or whatever you want to call it: seeing auras, mostly. I can see them fairly easily on people, but more easily on nature, such as trees, special 'sacred' spots, etc.
Sound crazy? It's not - it's all real. I haven't taken an anti-depressant for almost 2 1/2 years and I still have the aura-seeing abilities.
Ghosts? Yep, saw tons of those over in Germany. There are areas where there are literally tons of infestations of ghosts, and there are others where there are very few. Depends on where you are.
So, no you are not nuts or anything like that.
I am a firm believer that this stuff is real and it's easy for the devil to impersonate a departed loved one as well. Sure, I saw loads of ghosts in Europe, and I saw a number of them in the US as well. Even saw my Guardian Angels once - on the day I should have died from electrical shock, but they protected me from it. I've seen the flowing black shapes, the red or yellow glowing eyes, eerie blue flashes of light, heard moaning and screaming in the night, had things thrown around my house, etc. - the whole bit. That was in Germany back in '96. I live in Texas. Haven't had anything like that happen since.
Stranger than fiction? Some would say so. I only can tell you what I've seen for a fact. My then-wife and kids saw it and heard the noises in the night as well.

Dang SE, the lightbulb in my kitchen just blew like a flashbulb as I was reading your thread!

I was reading a lot of books on feng shei last year when I was newly separated. One chapter described frequent burning out of light bulbs as a symbol of a life going through many changes. Seems kinda hokey as I type it. I believe we receive messages every day if we're open to them. Sounds like mad maxx has a broad band connection. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" /> There's a blue ghost in south texas I can see, but it's one that everyone else can see too.

Ahhhhhh now I see. It's in Corpus Christi, way down on the 'Coastal Bend' of South Texas. We saw it on our way out of town back home last September. Never heard it called the 'blue ghost' though...
Well, we haven't blown out 5 bulbs in a week, but I'm sure if we try hard enuff, we might heeee.

I am reading a book a friend sent me for my
birthday..called "The Sin eater" by francine rivers
and was getting to a place where something scarey was happening when the light went out..

I saw two big angels in our bedroom on Steve's side of the bed about 10 years ago..I was not on meds then..lol

they went through the ceiling..very tall very
beautiful..they had an auraura sp? around them..they lit the spot where they were but not the room..but they were so awesome, not male nor female..their features were delicate soft..
the robes they had on well if you took your hand you could push in and it would of been like air beneath the robes..
I wish I could paint them..
this morning I thought time to drag out my
keyboard I bought just before Steve passed..

this morning God gave me a song..It is worship and got to write music to it..it is in my head..and got to get it down..lol..
anxious to hear it played out..I got the words..

well I had some things happen when hubby was still here..

a long long time ago..when in Boston..studied on the holocost..and then edgar casey..(he is a no no..along with other things of the occult had to
renounce it..and not to have anything to do with that evil again..I had lots of bad things happen while reading that stuff..)

found Jesus Christ as my saviour..was raised catholic..but found Jesus in 69..

but did suffer some depression after that when hubby came down with ms..was suicidal..and he had gone to bed..leaving me alone in the living room..
he didn't kiss me.I asked for a kiss..he told me it would be like kissing my mom..geez..

so I was gonna fix him..I was gonna wait and take all his meds..that were in the med cabinet..that would show him..

what was I thinking.?? geez..anyway..I went to go get the pills..but all of a sudden this big sparklie light showed up and I could not get past it..it would move and block my moves..was weird..
I was frightened..so I finally prayed God..please just let me get up into bed..and I won't kill myself..and then poof..it was gone..I RAN up those steps..lol trying to snuggle up to the mean man..lol..I wanted him to comfort me..he just told me shut up, it was probably a demon..
how mean he could be..

but there are other times i have had my angels step in to save my life on the freeway 3 times..
once when a truck lost it;s load of lumber..and I had to slam my breaks on..it went around me and under me..I was driving my camaro at the time..
other people had to stop behind me..but I kept going, I had stopped and then off I went..when the things went around me..

isn't it amazing how God fixes things..?
lots of times I was helped in situations..too..

anyway.

I don't have anything to do with the occult..I do with God..
I have in the past been with people when we were in prayer and someone was there acting very strange..and we prayed for them to be delivered
of demonic influence..God honored that.they were delivered..

I sort of wonder at times what things are..but when ya rebuke it and it don't leave then you wonder..WHAT IS IT..lol..we know satan needs to leave..when we speak the name of JESUS..

Hi SE! Yah, I sure hear ya on seeing those Guardian Angels - seen mine twice now. They're beautiful. I also accepted Christ as my Personal Savior in August of '69 - but was raised strict Baptist - the FUNDAMENTALIST kind. Anyway, I'm away from that stuff now, although I believe the same as I always did regarding Jesus, I had to get away from those narrow-minded views - they (especially my former wife) automatically labeled anything 'mystical' as DEMONIC blablablablah - whatever! I see it's a whole new world out there when you free your mind and you don't have someone (esp. your Mate) screaming DEMONISM every time you are allowed to experience something 'mystical' or 'otherworldly'.
God sends omens to those who He wants to receive a message - they can be good or bad. I believe I'm also a 'sensitive' to these sort of things as well, but I don't say too much about this stuff to anyone. Thank the Lord, my wife does understand my beliefs and that's good.
I have been trying to find a decent name here - in case you didn't pick up on this - I am Bi-Polar, so that might have something to do with it, who knows? However, I do like MaXX and will probably stick with that one - I got it from one of the songs by E-Rotic, a Japanese Techno Band that is hot in Europe - I spent 6 years over there with the US Army before getting out of the Military and retiring in Texas...

Gee...I had the lightbulbs go out all the time when I first moved back to Australia with my kids. I had just moved into where I am now, and the globes went out two or three at a time, then nothing for a while, then again two or three.

So NOW I know why it was happening, lol! I thought it was the wiring!
