I know this is unrelated to MB, but in a way, to me it is.
I have the 'Persian Gulf Illness' - I was with the Infantry & Artillery in Desert Storm 1991. I came back sick, and my then-wife did NOT understand it at all. She said I was faking it and it was all in my mind.
We subsequently divorced in 1998.
I just wanted to post this - I am soooooo glad that Saddam - our enemy of old - is finally captured. He is the one responsible for using his WMD on us. I feel that THIS event finally ends Operation Desert Storm 1991.
My son, a US Marine, helped in the second War. I'm proud of him and every single military individual who took part in this second War. I sympathize with the families and loved ones of the persons who made the ULTIMATE SACRIFICE for their country.
God bless America! I celebrate the capture of Saddam - and what a humiliating way to be captured. No 'blaze of glory' for that ole boy! How embarrassing! *now if they could just catch Bin Laden...*
