Not fair! I think this should be posted elsewhere, like EN!
They helped me tons. But I kept running into a road block -- my STBX. Now, said STBX will tell you that the principles destroyed our marriage. But he sure enjoyed plan A while it lasted.

MB principles did not work to repair my marriage because only one partner (myself) was willing to use the principles.
These principles helped me in other ways----by teaching me about myself and my needs and also the areas where I was not meeting my spouse's needs. I think these principles have prepared me to recognize red flags in a R and maybe will benefit me greatly if the opportunity to marry ever comes my way again.
