I have a friend who is in the process of divorce and wondered if anyone had a suggestion of a book or something I could get her as a gift. Maybe something that helped you out through this rough time, something self-assuring, or just something that you read that made you feel better. Any ideas would be appreciated.

"Self Matters" by Dr. Phil. And a bottle of extra strength tylenol PM for sleepless nights, name of good physician who can write scripts for antidepressants, and the video "How Stella got Her Groove Back." And maybe some bubble bath stuff. Bubble baths helped me regain my sanity.
