I have a friend who is several years older than me. He is highly respected in my town. An educator who has touched many lives.
Monday night he had a heart attack and Tuesday he had 6 bypasses done. Wednesday he had a stroke.
Franklin is not doing well. His family knows that things don't look good right now.
Last night there were some signs of improvement and today there was another setback.
Please pray that he will recover to his productive, vital, life spent helping others. And that his family will have strength. (But, if recovery to a productive life is not possible, he doesn't want to stay.)

The hospital is giving out no information about his condition at this time. This means one of two things: he has died or there are so many calls about him that they have ceased giving information.

His family seems to think he is doing better. I have no idea how he is really doing and, one week later, he is still in SICU. Please keep praying vor both Frank and Nancy. They have one daughter who lives here and one son who will have to go home to CA soon to prepare for a Tenure Plan evaluation.
