Are there any resources, and what are the chances of the father getting sole custody?

Read all the books you can on the impact of divorce on children. In most cases, it is best for the children to maintain a relationship with both. And know why you are seeking sole custody. If its just to hurt your X, it's the wrong reason. In some cases it is warranted, and the possibility varies by state, and by prior parenting of the children.

They are the nazi custody group, but if you need hard advice, it seems to be the most likely place.
Take your lawyers advice too, you may find single parenting is very hard and leaves you no time for yourself.
good Luck.

Jack,

this father was granted full custody, even though three months prior, W had an ex-parte order, stating she had temp. sole custody.
What are the chances of a father getting sole custody? The chances are there,, but who can actually say for sure,,

I now here in Michigan they use the 12 point system, which is an important factor. along with whatever else. Usually the parent with the higher score,, "usually" will recieve custody. Ages of the children also has an determiningg factor,,stability,,,, ????? although its just as imperative to realize, that just because one parent may out score the other,, does not mean they win,,,

My resources? Myself. W placed a bogus Personal Protection Order against me, finiancely, i couldn't afford an attorney. I spent "hours," actually I lived on line for the next three months!
I went to the library,, , and i let my fingers do the walking thru the yellow pages,, calling those attorneys offering free phone consulation(sp),,
