Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day.

I'll be home alone but, I'm planning a quiet night of old movies and pizza.

So...What are you all doing? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

Hi Tired of trying:

Well, it could be a lot worse than movies and pizza, but I guess it isn't the same when one is alone, is it?

This is the first time in 14 years I have not celebrated Valentine's with my wife (last year we were estranged but went out fora nice dinner on February 15th). This year, I spent the day with my four great children. Three of them had soccer games this morning, then this afternoon we went out for a late lunch and have rented some movies for this evening.

Don't know what wife is up to...

Tired of trying and Shaken. Yes, it is not a great day to be alone. When you see all these commercials about love, gifts, kisses and all. Then you go to the store and see all the stuff to get for the one you love, and the card rack, soo.... many people there.

Well, I did have a nice valentine day. I earned some money today, for a trip I will be taking in a few weeks. And another nice part of the day, was that I was taken out for lunch. I worked my butt off today, and the guy asked if I would like to go to lunch cause he was hungry and I said yes. He right away said he would pay, cause I am a good worker. So I had a wonderful green cesear salad without the dressing, and had dressing of my choice on the side. The salad had grilled chicken on it, and it was really good. I even had a little wine for lunch. A first for me. Not much, but a little.

Then I went to my mother-in-laws where my xh lives, and got to talk to her today. We are close. And then I came home and am ready for my hot bath, and to bed. Church tomorrow. The only thing that ruined the good, was XH started in on me with having to call me for permission for him to come over. This is too long to state here, cause he as many of the people here know, he will do what he wants, when he wants, and how he wants. So I hung up on him, and now he is retaliating. Childish behavior by a 53 year old man. Oh well.
