You know how there are just those days, that suck!!! This was one of them!!

And it's always stuff that I get myself involved in, so I can't even blame others, it's all on me!!UGH!!!

I am trying hard to pull myself up and through it, but is hard.

I did get to see my YD receive her 6th A honor Roll certificate today (forgot the camrea though). Have tickets with my brother for a BB King concert tonight.

But I am still feeling wiped out and totally drained, am not happy at work (nothing like cinderella's story though) so I am sure that is playing a big part in it.

I stay busy because I enjoy the things that I am involved in, but can see were that is draining me some, so will have to say no more often.

I have to get my bathroom back together too this week sometime!

Enough of my woes, they aren't many, just overwelming this time!!! I would so like a big strong shoulder to lay my head against to cry on, and to have the voice connected to that shoulder tell me it's going to be ok!! I miss that, and mom's shoulder and voice just don't soothe in the same way!! (And it is so not the x's shoulder that I want to cry on, I am so ready for someone new to come into my life!!!!)

C ya,

Dawn - yeah, it would be great to have someone that you love say to you it is going to be okay and to put their arm around your shoulders and hold you. Yep, it sure would be nice.

Telling no more often is definitely a must in our lives now. Since we are taking care of EVERYTHING, it is a must. I have been saying no a little more often, cause I had to, cause it was getting tough just to live each day. I was overwhelmed by the pressure, and taking on tasks that I really didn't need to take.

Like my oldest daughter has left for 4 weeks, and I said to her that it would be nice if youngest son could do her horses, cause I can't do the hay anyways, and youngest son would have to come to put the 3 bails of hay out each day. So give him the job, and that will alleviate my pressure. So she asked her brother, and of course he wants to be paid. But I finally said no. And it felt good.

Dawn, there will be someone new for us. Take the time to get your life together, and find that someone special that will tell you daily how special you are and love you for you. That is what God tells me when I talk to him, and pray with him. He said, it will come, just can't say when, and maybe when I am up in heaven. Who knows.

Glad to see that you are enjoying the things that you are doing. That is important when you are finding yourself, and finding out what really makes you feel good inside. It is positive feedback and that is what all of us betrayed spouses need after years of pure he!!.

Good day to you, hon.

The story gets better. Will update tonight. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />

I can't get my crocheting to work. Got an easy, and I do mean easy, pattern that will work for crocheting a throw with my size S hook. I have jury duty next week and will need plenty to take to keep me busy.

Someday, someone will come along for us. Till then, I'll get by with God as my beloved. He is always there. Except he's no good at cuddling. And a few other things.

Daybreak,
When you are down, count your blessings.
It gives you a different perspective, especially when all seems bad.
You can easily count out five blessings:
1. Your children
2. A place to live
3. food to eat
4. Your family
5. Friends

Edit as necessary
