As of right now, I could lease my marriage. He asked me if I was settling and I said no...but I am!
Can it be possible that I was to young and stupid to get married. Can God forgive me for a stupid mistake..or is that just an easy excuse!?
I have been married for 9 years, and as far as I'm concerned, never was in love with him. No kids! We are totally not right for eachother.....
And here I sit!

Well, why did you marry him? There were reasons...even if they are not the same reasons to stay married now. Think about it and post back.
Meantime, hugs. We're all here because we need the help this board offers.

Hi Thank you for the reply...didn't think anyone would! I don't know why I married him, don't get me wrong, he is a good man, well liked, he just seems like a brother, roommate rather than a husband!

I'm sure you'll get many replies but the board that gets the most action seems to be General QuestionsII.
Can you make yourself a short list of, say, 5 things that you like/admire about him? Start there. Let me know.

Think hard, Stylz. What was it that you felt at the beginning? There must've been attributes you admired. Why is it you think you're totally not right for each other?

stylz,
Thanks for posting back. I find it very interesting to read what people are attracted to in their spouses. For me, I guess the number 1 thing is the way he loves me (I'm so self-centered!). I love the way he giggles at love stories! ---There are more but you get the picture. I know sometimes it's hard to think of even one thing but we gotta try! Keep it coming!
