My divorce was final on 2/27/04. We are still together, so to speak. I filed in the middle of October, that was pretty quick, and it ended up costing my about $2000.

Currently he is staying at the family home with the kids, and I'm at my parents (technically but I'm here more then there). We are co-parenting which seems to be working well for the kids.

Before the divorce I was spending half my time here and half at my parents. Now I'm here nearly all the time. I think it works better with me away some of the time. He gets pretty upset with me when I go, but that's going to have to be his problem.

I'm still going to counseling. She says I've come a long way.
