The book is titled: "Should I Stay or Go? : How Controlled Separation (CS) Can Save Your Marriage"
by Lee Raffel

I’ve read it. And I thought Raffel’s approach was excellent. The one thing to note is that she’s a little more upfront about divorce being the only sane choice in some circumstances.
But, her structure makes sense when one or both spouses really want a separation. I only wish I’d read it before I separated.
