X is court ordered to pay 100% medical & half of son school. X told the court he would do it, his choice. since he got with OW, they bought a home over $100,000, all new furniture, new van. believe he is M since OW is using his last name on checking account. X is not suppose to M while appeal over military retirment is over. it is still in appeals court. X is parole officer in AL, OW is RN. I havent worked in 14 yrs, got job as nurses aide to support my son, will be having surgry in apr for lump in breast, this is 3rd in 3yrs.

just want X to pay for his part of his son life that he agreed to. called gov in AL told him about how X is a state employee & they need to make changes in making deadbeat parents pay. Al was saying FL should go after him, FL said AL should, its been a fight for 2 yrs but after calling & talking with gov office in AL. I may get my money back from X.

got a letter telling me al. will be serving X with contempt for nonpayments of medical & school. dont have a court date yet, afraid only that X wont pay because judge is X dad friend. only 2 judges in escambia county al. & no attorney will go up against him. with X having a badge he wont do any jail time. X could have paid but is being nasty because his only child wants no part of OW. X hasnt called our home with threats since we went to court for restraining order last month.

pray for me that my surgry goes well, & that X will come to his senses & pay his part for his child. I pray that one day our son will find peace & find it in his heart to forgive his dad.
