I know I will get a refund but I hate the entire exercise. I want to send it electronically as it will take less time and I won't have to go to the post office to send it registered mail, etc. But the computer isn't cooperating.
Just what I need! NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you get your taxes e-filed ok?
In another life I grew to despise April 15th too!

I'm excited today. I mailed off 2002 & 2003 returns and get a refund for both. After years of crying while trying to get X's corporate taxes done, and paying huge sums of money - I get money back. Yeah! And yes, I'm a little late on 2002, but didn't have the time. Oh well.

Hey I am happy. I did not even realize it was tax day. This is the first time in 7 years I was able to file early because I owe no money to the IRS.
My ex always had jobs where they did not withhold taxes. So we always had to hand over the big $$$$$. New life so far that is one of the many pluses!

At 1:30 a.m., I finally got it sent. In the process of doing it, though - bear in mind that the return was finished already but I had to make one or two corrections - I deleted a $450 deduction but I don't think it actually made a difference. Refund was the same before and after.
I have no idea why my computer quit transmitting on me in the middle of sending the thing.
Guess what I plan on buying with a portion of my refund.

That's why I just go to one of those places where they do all the work for you! (Then I don't have to stress over it!!)
