Happy birthday to ME!!
I had the best birthday ever, and I can not BELIEVE who I got to crawl out of the woodwork to wish me happy birthday. Can you guys believe I'm 42yo?? I was 25 when this whole affair started! (heehee)
newly, I believe your present to me today was just the brightest, sunniest day I've seen in weeks...and that's saying something in Colorado, where there are 360 sunny days a year. It was clear skies and bright and 70 all day.
believer, we had long, pointy balloons and noisemakers that shot out confetti. By the end of the party, confetti looked like leaves falling from the trees.
LostHusband: BILLLL!!!! I was just thinking about you today and thinking about calling you, but with all my birthday phone calls, my battery went dead...and who cares? I love you, I so glad you hobbled into my party. Still up for a game of twisted Twister?? Okay, you can keep on the hospital gown, but could you please face the opening to the BACK???

Tony, I did have WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more fun than you. First, I started off my day with presents...chocolate money. I kid you not. Is that ever Jewish girl's dream or what?? Then, I received thousands and thousands of birthday ecards (alright--you got me--my aunt sent me one). Then, I was taken out to lunch by my boss. I received many, many birthday phone calls and well wishes. And I ended my day by going out to dinner with me exH, a friend of mine, and my kids--to a fancy steak place. My kid's presents were AWESOME: my son got me a CD and my daughter made me her own movie. And THEN...I got to party here and on another site with my cyber-friends. I have celebrated all day long, and still the night is young.
And finally the best for last, the creme de le creme, Bumper. You dear old dirty fart you. Hey, folks!! You see this old guy here?? He is like one of my oldest and dearest friends, and I am his little wild west girl. He may look old and act grizzled, but when no one is looking, he's a softy!! Oy, what a wonderful party. Thank you all so much for coming. Now, here's a big, double chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. Call in the firetruck--I don't think I can blow all these candles out without setting something ablaze!!!
