$657 from fl, x lives in AL & they send payment for childsupport to fl. wasnt sure what payment was for, child support is $490, called fl only to find out that there was a court date 5-13-04, it was cancelled for 6-03. called fl they dont know where it will be held. called AL there is no court hearing for that date. Im 7 hrs away & cant afford the gas to go up there for nothing. got a letter months ago that they would let me know of the court date so I could be there. my lawyer got the same deal when we were filing for appeals, they would not tell her dates, you time limits or you miss filing. god was with us & we found out in time.

got the run a round til I called the Gov office. it was for court ordered medical in 2002-03 but no info on court date. need to make sure the court will be asking X to pay $1200 in back school payments for 2001-02. X is a parole officer & his badge helps him in court. X was police officer & sheriff officer this also helps him in town when they try to serve him. last time sheriff said they didnt know where he lives to serve him. county has around 10,000 people in it & X still lives in the $120,000 house he bought with OW. his parents live in the same house for over 40 yrs & they cant find him.

plan to send all my court ordered school bills that X owes to GOV RILEY & a note that he needs to have better child support inforcement laws in AL. GOV RILEY needs to make quit giving special treatment to his goverment employees.

we are in al supreme court over dividing military retirment, if they dont divide it I plan to go all the way to the supreme court. did recieve papers from FL they have contacted IRS to stop his refund.

I made a complaint against some woman who works in escambia county childsupport because she told fl not to let me have her phone number for contact. I was trying to find out what the check was for. Someone over that dept said they would look into it, she should not have made this comnent& I have to right to call to find out info about my case.

IF you are planning to move to the state of AL dont. they are still run by the good old boy system. It has taken me 2 yrs of fighting to get what X wanted to pay in our D. for his child, why he wont pay I will never know.
