It has been a very long time since I've been on the board unfortunatly. But since my last posts about my situation We have gotten back together, had a couple good months and a few more bad ones. Sorry for the length but this is the summary...

-We got back together Last Fall.
-I found out on my B-Day in January she was with a "Friend" at a bar when she told me she was working.
-I threatened to leave but didn't. Things were good for a couple weeks.
-Then the big one happened. She took my Daughter to the Beach one Saturday. They got back way after dark so I was a little suspicious but didn't say anything. The very next day she took my Daughter to the Park. Once they got back my daughter ran up to me to give me a hug and I asked her if she had fun. My Daughter said "Yea, I played with "OM"." I asked my wife who "OM" was and she played it off, saying it must be some kid she was playing with. And my Daughter piped up and said "No, the man from the beach." Thats when my heart dropped once again. No only that my wife was cheating on me once again.. But, that she was doing it WITH OUR CHILD! I went into a different room where our daughter couldn't hear us and I told my wife it was time to stop the lies. And she came foward about the guy.
-I moved out a week later.
-2 weeks after I moved out (This weekend) I went to pick my daughter up from her place. I still had some stuff there that I wanted to pick up since I was there. Guess what I found when I opened the bedroom door..... Yuppers.. it was him in MY bed! I don't know how I did it but, I refrained from ripping heads off and throwing them down the stairs. I asked him his name and said "nice to meet ya.. I hope you like being cheated on."
-And here I am... I'm done with my wife. Thats for sure. I don't care that she has replaced me so fast, yes it hurts but I will live. The thing that bothers me is that she is involving our child with this guy. I only get so see my daughter 4 days a month. Last night was rough, she wanted to go back to moms house.
-I've told my wife that she is molding our daughter into the woman she will become right now.. She is almost 5 and at the age where she will learn things that will carry over into the rest of her life. She is teaching our daughter that it is okay to have a boyfriend when your married. It is okay to lie. It is okay to basically be a bad person.
-Another thing that really bothered me... My daughter mentioned the guy to me on the way to my place. and after she finished what she said.. She told me "Don't tell mom, she said she'll spank me." GRRRRRRR!!! What am I going to do? I don't want this woman to ruin my child for life!

You have alot of courage. I never faced the OW but when I learned she had spent the weekend in my house while I was away taking care of my sick Mom. I about went insane, but I didn't loose my mind, and You won't either. It sounds like you handled it with dignity and that's more than your W and my H did. I don't have small children, your concern for your daughter is real. There are others on this site that can offer information in that area. But I will say speak to an attorney. There are things that a judge can do now with regard to your daughter's environment.

Now you have to stand, and that is not always easy, as a matter of fact, it's almost never easy. But you have your daughter's welfare to think of. You can get through this. I have a strong support group of family and my church family and after a long lapse from this board I feel I have their support now too. God bless you and your daughter.

ThirdDayFan, I'll tell ya... The things my W has put me through I wouldn't wish on anyone.. I mean, I wasn't the perfect H my no means... Especially early on, I was very mean at times and took her for granted a lot.. We were young and inexperianced. But she uses stuff that happened 5+ years ago as her justification for what she does now. She says because this guy is nice and our D likes him that its not going to impact her negatively... I don't want to be a [censored], even after the things she has done. I don't want to TAKE custody of our D. But, I can't just sit here and watch her destroy her future.

You are SO right, notmyfault. Protect your daughter, at all costs, protect your daughter.

I can't imagine walking in and seeing another man in my bed...and his response <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> Wow!
If he can say something like that to you he definitely does not need to be around your daughter. Do the right thing and protect your daughter from this.

Got an appoitment with the Lawer on the 1st so, I'll see what happens then. I've been trying to keep a low profile and avoiding contact with her as much as possible. Everytime I have my Daughter though she just starts talking about Mommy has another boyfriend.... Its starting to drive me nuts.
