This is one from the left field. I just wanted to know what others thought.<p>I have this theory...not a deep one, but a theory.<p>When I have a deep and meaningful question about something that is causing me mental anguish, I conduct something I call Divine Intuition. It is a way of asking a greater power about something I am unsure of indirectly. It does not always work, but I think it does more than not. <p>When I need to know the answer to something, I think about something else unrelated that I will see or do in the near future. Based on how the outcome of this actually is when I see it is a True/False or Yes/No indication. Ex. I was driving home one day and it was raining. My wife never opens the garage door and I was suspicious of an Affiar. My setup was: If the garage door is open when I get home, Wife is having an affiar. Guess what. It was and she was.<p>I have tried this on several occasions with both positive and negative outcomes/answers.<p>Thanks,

That is really funny regarding your "divine intuition". The reason I say it is funny is because I kind of do the same thing. There were several times where I would do something or wait for an outcome of some event and then base the answer to the original question on this outcome.
Make any sense?
Well the thing is I do the same. However, there have been other times where you already have a good idea of what the answer will be and therefore no matter what the outcome is, it is the one you already thought. For example, I play soccer. I suspect girlfried is cheating on me, I tell myself that if I score a goal, it is beacause she is cheating on me. Well the chances of me scoring a goal are pretty good regardless of the position I play, except maybe goalie. Therefore, I made it easier for that outcome to be possible since I already have a good idea that gf was cheating on me. I have a question for you?<p>If you were with someone for a long time, broke up with them and then discover that during the time you were apart, she slept with someone else. Would you get back with her?
