I'm not a book reader, however I have come across the author Nicholas Sparks. I have now read his books and have seen two movies of his.
I have decided, this is the kind of love I need and desire in my life. Each of his stories have a wonderful love story. Most of the stories are about spouses who have been hurt either by death or the cheating. They spend some years alone, and find true love, real love.
But... I find myself wondering, does it really exist? Or is this just true fiction???
All I know is, I could be ready to pack up and move to New Bern!!

Karona, I just wanted to add that my cheating W read his books also....I never read any, but frankly have no desire to given my personal situation.
Just my two cents...I am sure the author is very good at writing but prefer not to familiarize myself with these love stories as I am just beginning the D process. And, my wife is now with another man.

Sorry Nature.
I was not a cheater, and the books are not about that at all. I totally understand your feelings though, and that is fine.
I wish you the best! And hope you find happiness someday.

Karona, thanks for your kind thoughts. I know this author's latest movie just came out and the movie ad reminded me of her reading those novels in our bed.
It has been a crazy 12 months.
I am much better and moving on after the last round of lying 4-6 weeks ago....she is a helluva manipulator, though....we did just file together as she can not put any effort into this R or even come close to being honest with me..it has all been about her..so I know it is the best thing to do as I am a great guy and someone else deserves my gifts of love and devotion. She is trying to maintain some sort of friendship but I am no longer talking to her...or at least as little as possible as we now have to get rid of our dogs and sell our home.
I have gained my self respect back after moving out of this crazy LIMBO stage.
Good luck to you as well.
