I just read a few posts and thought Id put mine down. I really identified with MRAnnie. My pain is more than my love. I have been having problems for quite a few years now. It seems it is getting worse now than ever before and I am quite sure I want a divorce.Six months agoi I never would have thought I would say it or even think about it but i do now everyday. It is not that he is having an affair (Yet). i belive our marraige emotionally is dead. I was always the one to approch him for affection. I stopped and he sure dont miss it. No sex for 8 weeks but i really dont want any from him. I have lost that desire. I am to hurt by him. He is an internet addict. He has many woman and the last 3 weeks he is up all night not even coming to bed. Then he sleeps all day. He is quite content really he is. I think when I tell him what I want he will be shocked.I am not going to spwend the reast of my life hurting like this. There are so many situations but i cant ttype all day long. He cannot afford to leave lol. He wont hardley work , some of the problem to. I am not asking you all should I divorce I know I should . I need to know how to do it. We dont have any money for lawers and such. At this time. I just know what I have to do. It is the bottom line. No room for discussion. I am sure he loves me in a samll place in his heart. I need more than a samll place.I need to stop hurting everyday and enjoy life. This is just to much drama. Not how I saw myself after 15 years of marraige. I look ahead and dont like what I see. we have talked for hours and he just lies. Time after time. I am so done. Thanks for listning.

Hi there.

Welcome. I am sorry to learn of your situation.

I am grieving with you. It must hurts so much.

The problem is with. He's a hurt unit. I am sorry that he lacks the capacity to truly love, cherish and value you. I am sorry that he doesn't understand what love, and relationships are truly about.

Escape, he's escaping himself, has loads of accumulated negative baggage.

Hope you can do alot of reading here and be kind to yourself. Lots of support to help you. You are not alone. Remember you are worthy of being loved, you are valuable, you are special, you are you. Remember who are you are.

If he tries to make you feel inadequate, remember you are a mirror of how he really feels about himself.

IMHO--If you can tune him out, take time out for YOU! Take a break from him and his nonscence.

Read through Dr. Harley program and immerse yourself here for awhile. I know you will feel better, stronger and have some great strategies to improve the situation.

IMHO-Maybe the computer later on will have to become unplugged and placed in the kitchen, or public place in house, if he can't control himself, to help to return to reality.

Take care, keep posting, do lots of it, your heart will start to heal, your hurt, injured and wounded for now. As you connect with yourself, You will get stronger...
