I have been looking for a resource or website that can explain divorce laws by state. I am in the military living overseas, so if I get a divorce (which I don't want right now, but need to understand my options) I will have to return to the states and file or file when I transfer next summer. My W has admitted to adultery, so if I have to get a D, I want to be able to get a fault ruling againist her to minimize my financial ruin.

betrayed, type in to a search engine military divorce and something should come up or type in divorce by state, I know that I did something like that a couple years ago as i was living in one state H was PCSing to another state and the kids and I were going to yet a different state and I wanted to know where to file at.
