Alright, my first custody hearing is coming up. I'm not really sure what a custody hearing is.
Right now I currently have an ex parte order for our daughter. I'm not sure if this hearing is going to decide custody for the rest of her life, or if it's just some preliminary event.
For those of you who have been through this, what is a custody hearing? I know that I will be recieving H's demands and him recieving mine, but is this it or is there more to it?
Just wondering, I'm nervous about Monday, it's coming fast and I want to be completely prepared for what's about to happen.
