I was wondering if once you file for divorce if I am accountable for the WS's individual debt. bills that she has in her own name.

Not in my state of AZ. We agreed on all of that in the filing. If they are in her name only I believe you r fine.

TX here too.
With TX being a community property state your jointly responsible for all debts till the divorce is final.
If your doing an uncontested divorce you can state in the final decree which debts each party is responsible for, but if your spouse blows it right now and gets bad credit it will affect yours as well.
