Hi Folks: I'm new here. My wife of 13 years is seriously considering separation / divorce.
I'll skip the details (for now).
I have found several "save your marriage" type books on the web. Does anyone have experience with them? Which is good? Which is bad?
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You

Having just gone through this process.. theres actually quite a few good ones out there (check out the link as above or even do a search on amazon.com and read all the reviews first) but the most important thing is that for you both to have any chance.. is that both partners have to be willing to try.. I tried all the books and counciling, but the my other half just didnt want to try.. which left me quite emotionally and physically drained from all my trying.. if you both are in the same head space and willing to try and recover, then thats a big headstart.

Also note that books will give you a guide and a place to start.. but most couples really leave it to the last minute to go for counciling or therapy which really reduces the chances or recovering because you've already tried 'everything' already... that should be already on your radar if you both are worried about the relationship and wanting to save it.le

There are some awsome knowlegable people with a wealth of information, kindness and support here as well so make sure to ask for help here.

I wish you all the best!
