You all always have great ideas and input. I had my ex back in court about CS, his income went up quite a lot and I have sole custody of the girls.
Anyway, after my spending 1 1/2 hours on the stand being picked apart by his attorney, the judge said he saw no change of circumstances and also said ex was not responsible for half of residential therapy older D was put into because of ex's abuse.
I went to DCSS and showed them the court transcripts, all proof I had showing ex lied to them all along and I just found out today that they don't think it is worthwhile to pursue.
My ex (a year ago) said he was making $6,900 per month, but by his own words in court now makes $11,850 per month. This is almost double what he said he made before (and he left out a lot at that time). How can that NOT be a change in circumstances? My income hasn't changed from what I was made to stipulate at the Settlement agreement in May 2002.
Does anyone know who I might get in touch with about this? Someone who might actually look into this and do something about it? My ex has gotten away with abuse, has lied throughout the divorce and subsequent CS hearings, and continues to do whatever he pleases. He is a General Manager of a small water district and a publically elected official of a local water board. Once this is mentioned.... he can do no wrong and I am considered totally unreliable.
I'm ready to go to the papers and the County Board of Supervisors. I don't know who seems to be pulling strings behind my ex, but it needs to stop and some honest dealings happen. CS is a black and white issue: he makes this, I make that, and how much custody is involved. Why is this not being run in a normal manner?
You guys have any ideas?????
