Is it logical for an annulled person to marry again if he/ she was declared as psychologically incapacitated, thus that is the main reason of being annulled. thnx... I need this for my paper, so pls respond to this question.

TR--What paper, whats it for?? and what is an annulled person???
If your meaning the marriage was annulled--then it's an annulled marriage--not an annulled person--
And what was the reason the person was as you termed it--"psychologically incapacitaced"?
and has that issue been dealt with, like has the person sought counseling/treatment for the condition?

I agree with TR on all matters
I do also think that it is illogical to try to write a paper based on a pole of anonymous posters of an internet site.
If you are looking for any type of advice related to remarying after annullment, I could understand. But to pole D & D posters on a topic such as this, as a first post on the site no less, I don't think you're gonna get the results that your looking for.
We're all here to support and give advice to each other, not write papers on it.

Let's see, "annulled person"? Don't know what that is. I never heard of a person who was annulled.
New poster providing no background info for this. No explanation offered.
And just what kind of research is this? And why were we chosen to answer this illogical question?
I'll pass on answering any poll on this one.

.. if someone has been declared 'phychologically incapacitated' - then they are NOT able to function as a NORMAL member of society and should be placed in an institution... Rehabilated? Reading between the lines, I'd say it is NOT logical at all (and Spock doesn't even have to say anything) JMHO
