This is my first time here so I appologize if I do anything wrong.

I'm tired.

My husband and I were great so I thought, then he became too close of friends with a joint friend of ours. Short story, he then moved out when my son was only 5 months old. I was crushed and still am. He called me at work to tell me he slept with her. He called me at work to tell me they were moving in together. And here the kids and I sit, hoping and praying he will come home. He filled for divorce a year ago but he hasn't finished it, we are just in limbo. My daughter misses him and my son hardly knows him. He has only spent 10 hrs with the kids in almost a year. His daughter from previous marriage (my stepdaughter) told him 2 wks ago she would rather come to my house than go to his (she is 13).

I love him so much, it has not faded AT ALL. I am reading "Surviving an Affair" and have been very depressed lately. I am involved in church in numerous ways and everyone says if I still love him to just sit and wait it out. How long can this go on without destroying me. I do love him and I am against divorce, he knows this, yet nothing has changed. One day he wants to come over and the next he is mad at me and I never understand why. He has tried repeatedly to come over for sex and I just don't know how to take that. I admit I have given in more than a few times but some I have not. He is still my husband? Any advise would be extreamly helpful. Am getting depressed and I just can't fall into that again, because I need to be here for the kids, I'm all they have I have to stay together.

Please help.

Hello racerann,

Welcome to MB although I am sorry you are here due to Infidelity and I am sorry no one has posted to you yet.

Please don't take it personally. Why don't you come on over to the General Questions(GQII) message board ok? There is much more traffic there and this Divorce board is so much slower.People don't respond as much AND you are not divorcing just yet.

Have you considered Plan B? You may want to at this point so read up on it and don't let your WH come home for sex anymore, not when you don't know the status of the OW regarding STD's and if your WH is living with the OW,you should be in Plan B.You are still emotionally distraught because your selfish WH is coming and going in your life in typical cake eater fashion. That has to stop so you can become more emotionally stable and independent from him.You will feel better when this happens.Plan B was a life saver for me many months ago.Are you taking any AD's(antidepresanrs)?

So,post your story on GQII ok? Let us help you there.

O

There is not much you can do here that is wrong. (if you do a moderator will let you know <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" /> )

Whats wrong is having to be here.

OctoberGirl is right. You are better off posting where there is more traffic and where ther are more people going through what you are.

Granted, alot of us have gone through what you are and can give advice, but as October Girrl said. "you are not divorcing just yet"

Good luck and welcome to MB
