I am tired of the way things are in my life.

I am tired of the way my kids try to treat me.

I am tired of my kids not showing the morales and values that I taught them.

I am tired of filling my life up with stuff.

I am tired of being alone. Why can't I find some one new that will love me.

I am tired of my job.

I am tired of living across the street from my parents.

I am tired of knowing that I am the one in charge and control of how it is I feel and how it is that I let things get to me or not.

I am tired of being a single parent.

I am tired of others bringing there problems to me and asking for help and not listening or doing anything to change the situation.

I am tired, just simply tired of things sucking.

I try so hard to be what people need me to be, without losing me.

I am tired of ungrateful people.

I am tired of having acid reflux, this one really sucks.

I am tired and am going to go bedd now, good night. Tomorrow's another day!

OK, vent over. Time to count your blessings.
1. Family nearby
2. Wonderful Children
3. Divorce
4. Moving on to a life you make
5. Friends, both online and off.

You can add any more that you need.

Is there anyway you could get away for a couple of days? You sound like you need a re-charging.
There should be a retreat somewhere for single mom's going thru divorce.

Your statement below stuck out at me cause I was there:
I try so hard to be what people need me to be, without losing me.

Dr.Phil's book SELF MATTERS really opened my eyes. Can you get some time to yourself? If not, you are giving way too much.

Thank you both, I am doing better today. Some days it just seems so overwelming. I was just tired. I had spent Friday night at a retreat with YD and 21 other kids and didn't get any sleep as I was in a bed and not my recliner, the reflux has been real bad again. My older kids didn't do the things that I had asked of them while I was to be away. I can't get my daughter to set a date for the baptism and that really has me bumming as I am the one that does the banners for all of the baptisms and I might not get to do one for my own grandson, there was a baptism Sunday in Church too and that just really set the tears to work!!

YD and I went out to lunch with my friend and her daughter and then back to their house and I got a new hair cut and color and got my eyebrows done. Then we picked up my grandson and have had him here all evening so that has been fun. He's so cute!!!

I will look at taking sometime at the end of the month, probably go up and spend the night in Deadwood and have dinner and hit one of the casinos my friend Sandy won't have her kids that weekend, and my YD can spend the night with a sibling.

Anyways, thank you for your concern, I do know the blessings I have, but sometimes you just get tired!!!!

Dawn.. I just wanted to tell you - that I understand totally - I have those days -- but you know what before they used to be months and weeks - and now truly they are only days... I think that I get that way alot because sometimes I just get plain lonely.... but you know what someday we will truly wake up and be happy with everything about our lives... And when we are done raising our children - we are gonna realize what a wonderful job that we did - and in the end it is all gonna be worth it.... So when you get in those moods try to do something that is gonna basically make you happy... For yourself... Since you got your hair done already - why don't you try getting your nails done... It is always nice to get them done and pick out a great new color... Anyways.. I hope that things start putting a smile instead of a frown on your face....

maw,

Thank you!!! There are just days now and this time it really was only one!!!!

As I was at the retreat with the kids I was crocheting around hankies for baptismal napkins and pastor asked me what I don't do and I said "I don't sing, decorate cakes, or date" He just said patience Dawn patience when the time is right the Lord will bring someone into your life!!! And I already knew this, but it was nice having someone of "authority" tell me it!!!!
