My wife saw a lawyer yersterday and is filing for a divorce. Neither of us has been unfaithful. I have neglected her in the past and she has finally said enough and wants out. I know I was wrong and have repented. She is not willing to go to counseling. I do not want to contest the divorce because that would make reconciliation more difficult. I want my wife back. I am scared. I am trying everything I know but nothing seems to be working. I am trying to give it to God but I feel totally helpless and empty. I know many of you know how I feel. I need help. I have read everthing there is to read. Our relationship is not bad - she just does not want to be married to me anymore. We have a six year old daughter. I feel like I am walking down a path of sin and cannot get off. My life is spinning. I want to fix this and need help.

Have you read all the concepts on this site?
If so, then you have a plan to recover your marriage.
You can only change yourself, not your wife.
Read up on Plan A, which effectively is to become the best person you can be, and hopefully your wife will see the changes.

Saying you'll change is easy, actually doing it is hard. Only evidence of a change may change your wife's decision.

Channell,
I'm not one of the sages here but I'm not exactly new either and I lurk and learn way more than I post. I don't know your whole story but from the little I've seen I think there is something you ought to take a look at. You say neither of you have been unfaithful. I saw your post in the prayer requests forum where you checked her cell phone numbers and got caught and she get real defensive real quick. You say here that she says she just doesn't want to be married to you anymore. These things just reek of a wayward spouse (WS). Many of us here have heard the I just don't want to be married to you anymore speech before, I did 3 times in a 17 year marriage. Could be she got so angry with you checking her cell phone records because you were coming close to finding something she doesn't want you to know. Thats how I found my now ex wife's boyfriend (other man-OM). You might want to do some digging. If I'm on the right track, and you find evidence, get ready for the lying and denying because it will come too. Just something to consider.
