grrrrpsychos,

This is more of a support site than an advice site so it will be a little tough for you to find what you're looking for.

I recomend checking out www.freeadvice.com there is a lot of legal advice to be had there based on the state your in

Good luck to your friend

Hmmmmmm your friend sounds like my husband. We have been married three years. Have two kids and another one on the way. He wants to sell the house and pay off the bills and wants me to go live with my parents.

Doesn't even think about having the kids familiar home being taken away. Only is thinking about what will make it easier for him to leave.

Kids are with you in Maryland right?? So it would appear he has no kids if he's in VA living the single life--hmmmm

CMon now,

give the guy the benefit of the doubt!

I can't count how many others here sound like my or my STBX.

But the simple fact is that not many people come here looking for advice for a friend. Most people that find their way as far as the boards, need support for themselves

TR--If you want to be a true friend--encourage him to come post here so he can TRY and save his marriage as opposed to running away from his problems--teach him how to work through them--

THAT would be a better friend
