My Lawyer said that if her lawyer got the chance, she would file before me because of the difference in county judges.

Oh well! It's only money! At least something is finally happening.

Well my Lawyer doesn't believe that X could have filed so quickly so I filed today. Papers are already at the court house.

Basically, who evers gets filed first will determine tha county that we settle in. As per my Lawyer, my county will be much more favorable to me. Her county is very strong on favoring women to the point that she could totally screw me.

I haven't been on the boards much lately, but I have read a few of your posts and it sounds like your WW suffers from the same reality-altering, bi-polar-like mood swinging, dillusions of graduer inspiring, "must be someone elses fault cause it sure as hell isn't EVER my fault"... psychosis that mine does. Let me guess... she even thinks the local PD is there soley for her use... whenever she thinks you need to be "handled"... right?

Anyway, I was served on 12/15/03... ten days before Christmas. Only to be further shocked by the houtspah (did I spell that right???) of this woman to ask me for money to buy presents... check that, she didn't ask... she demanded. Somehow, it was putting HER out that I was broke having just shelled out money for an attorney's retainer! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="images/icons/mad.gif" />

Oh well... Good luck, I think your future is much, much brighter after all of this is over. Hang in there.
